WINGMAN TOOL CHANGER: COBOT SAFE

Designed and tested for ISO/TS 15066 compliance. The tool changer utilizes a mechanically activated locking mechanism, which eliminates the need for external compressed air or electrical systems, reducing the risk of accidental disengagement of tools during operation, making it safer in collaborative environments.

Components and Functionalities

ELECTRICAL MODULES

“Click-on” pass-through modules with cobotstandard electrical M8 8 pin connectors (IP54). Modules that provide electrical connectivity between the cobot and its tools, facilitating signal transmission and power supply.

PNEUMATIC MODULES

Designed for applications requiring increased air flow, these modules ensure adequate pneumatic supply to tools with higher air consumption needs. “Click-on” pass-through modules for high flow vacuum or compressed air. Two channels for 6 mm hose.

BUILT-IN PNEUMATIC

Built-in pass-through for vacuum or compressed air. Two channels for 4 mm hose. This pneumatic module is designed to handle high-flow applications and ensures seamless air connectivity for tools that require compressed air, such as vacuum grippers or other pneumatic tools.
