We're currently hiring: 

TECHNICAL MANAGER

• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution within timeline, budget, and scope while managing risks and resources.
• Provide technical supervision and guidance on consultations, solutions, and troubleshooting for sales and customers when needed.
• Enhance process workflows, improve quality standards, and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
• Drive a service-oriented approach, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of engineering experience, including 2-5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong mechanical expertise, with a working knowledge of PLC/electrical systems.
• Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in project coordination and customer engagement.
• Ability to bring structure, improve efficiency, and enhance customer focus within the department.
• Experience in material handling or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and occasionally across Southeast Asia & worldwide.
